    Cinq à Sept is a small batch range of aromatic vermouths made by Allies Wines.

    Allies produces Pinot Noir from a number of sites across the Mornington Peninsula and the Cinq à Sept vermouth is made using a fortified Pinot Noir base infused with botanicals, giving the wine equal billing to the aromatics. Expect fresh raspberry fruit laced with refreshing herbs, exotic spice and mild bitterness.

    From the French vernacular, the name refers to the aperitif time of day; a two hour window between 5pm and 7pm to stop and enjoy a drink, or more colloquially, an afternoon tryst.
